With Larvasoft Tech’s “Payment Links” product, the Client is empowered to collect payments from customers through securely generated web links. These links are shareable through SMS, email, WhatsApp and other social media.

Larvasoft Tech’s “Payment Pages” product lets the Client instantly build a fully-customizable page through which customers can make payments. Clients can easily create a payment page from the Dashboard and tie it to their site or app without any development effort.
Clients can choose one of the templates or create from scratch. They can customize the payment form by adding logo and applying brand colors. Also, they can format description text, add media and enable sharing options. Client can add a pay button on the Platform and embed the payment page there.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS
1.1 Larvasoft Tech has adopted reasonable security practices and procedures that are commensurate with the information assets being protected, and has implemented relevant technical, operational, managerial and physical security control measures to protect the information in its possession from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
1.2 In the process of providing Magic Checkout Services, Larvasoft Tech may collect and use certain personally identifiable information from Customers. Larvasoft Tech is committed to protect such information and to take all reasonable precautions for maintaining confidentiality thereof. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.larvasoft.com/privacy-policy/ in this regard.
1.3 In addition to the above, for the purposes of providing Magic Checkout Services, You hereby understand and agree that Larvasoft Tech shall have the right to collect and use personally identifiable information of You/ the Customer provided by Merchant, including but not limited to name, email address, phone number and address, as provided by the Customer and/or Merchant to Larvasoft Tech from time to time directly or indirectly (or provided in past).
1.4 The information, as referred above, may be used by Larvasoft Tech for: (i) providing Magic Checkout Services (including for the purposes of verification of the identity, processing of payment, communication regarding the purchase and monitoring of past behavior to identify fraudulent transactions); (ii) administrative, marketing and customer support purposes; and/or (iii) other Larvasoft Tech services, including but not limited to Shiprocket Sense/Engage.
1.5 Your usage/access of the Magic Checkout Services shall constitute your acceptance to the terms and conditions as provided in this SOF, the Agreement and the Privacy Policy. In the event that You/ the Customer withdraws its consent/ acceptance to sharing of their personally identifiable information with Larvasoft Tech, please reach out to Larvasoft Tech at Customers can raise a support ticket on https://www.larvasoft.com/support/#request and make a request.
